technical specifications

We need:

  • Room for makeup

  • Table and chair stage left for makeup

  • 4 wireless mics

  • Light board & fixtures (ETC ideal)

  • House sound system & board

  • Two backup wedge monitors

  • Grand drape is awesome but not absolutely necessary

  • Merch tables in lobby

We bring:

  • Risers

  • Set items

  • Costumes & Makeup

  • Instruments (including amps & pedal boards)

  • In-ear monitor system

  • Mic stands

  • Instrument mics

  • Stage fog machines & fog juice

  • Simulated weapons (ax, knife)

  • Merch & POS system

Typical stage plot:

(May include additional elements like footlights, benches, and tombstones—usually in the front or center)

Typical day of schedule:

8 AM - Lights/sound/set load in

10 AM - Band set up

11 AM - Actors called

11:15 AM - Sound checks, in ear monitor set up

12 PM to 3 PM - Tech rehearsal

3 PM to 7:30 PM - Makeup calls (staggered)

7:30 PM - House opens

8 PM - Show (Act 1 = 50 minutes, 15 minute intermission, Act 2 = 55 minutes)

10:30 PM - Meet & Greet in lobby, merch sales, load out begins

12 AM - Load out complete

We advertise via social media (paid and organic), radio, posters/flyers, email list, and word of mouth. Any additional advertising you can do through your connections (email list, etc) would be awesome.
